Very bad experience 18-20 hrs continue duty (Night +morning shift). No compoff if you work any holiday.

I was not getting financially benefited starting from the inception time as well as I was not satisfied with my job role that I was assigned by the company. The company still faces huge fund problem along with man power problem. Do not join this company. Even on heavy rainfall also I used to carry on with my works. Even no dogs were outside during the disaster time but I was honest and sincere with my work. But still then also I was not reimbursed with my claims since inception even my salary for 2 months were not credited by the company. Such a pity to tell. From the inception time itself I was not trained properly and was left on the field with books on my backs all along still I did not gave up and carried on with the given work. Being a fresher it was very difficult to manage. I was given a target of 5 Crore and 60 Lakhs which I had to achieve in just 2 months.
