Promotion n growth at very poor rate ..every time we need to.listen I will take ur job ... No one talks on solution but for problem and escalation everyone come forward...there is no timining to return home and can give time to family and friend

Rules & regulations are mandatory for each everyone, timing, office well maintained & KRA & company policy

Management issue, Team effort issue, behaviour, TAT maintenance issue, unauthentic practice in system, parts swaping in same model, without checking device just part ordering in system and many more. So I dislike this point from my side. I thought I will never go again in F1
