Salary is comfortable as employee accept in interview but the incentive plan is terrible if you are working for salary it is good. But you think about incentives it is equals to nothing. If you are able to feel the work in this than only you can able to know the internal things. Facilities for employees (like all limited companies ) like ESIC And other discount facilities for employees if you are not aware of it then they will not take interest to provide on time.
