Continuously working towards best customer satisfaction. You are allowed to make mistakes, but learn from them and never repeat them again. Grooming and processes learning is the best part. You have complete authority over the processes and everyone guides you without any personal motives and company allows you to go beyond the miles for customer satisfaction.

Odd Working Hours, Straight Shifts for months, You may also need to compromise your week offs. Everyone from top management wants their processes to be completed first so it creates an awkward situation at store level but it is manageable. Top management supports you in operations but when it comes to your personal needs, they are not supportive, whatever your perfromance level might be. If you want to just sit and pass your time you should join this company. You can enjoy your life and enjoy vacation without being interrupted as hardly there is any work. No senior management pressure. No pressure of KRA's.

Senior Manager or Big bosses are least bother about respective units. People who are already there in systems won't leave the company due to relaxed life and people who are giving their best performance won't find any appreciation/appraisal. No performance measures for people who are least bother about giving performance.
