Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I've received every calls and revert every mails of my clients but seniors mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals, which is painful for sometime.

Work Details

Genuinely speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have look after entire food bazaar availability based on daily basis runrates and also manage the floor operations. Many times I have to take risks on my own because of fulfiled company requirement

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
