There was a very poor management of this company. Specially, working style of Area head, Cluster head and National head was very poor. Even that they have not any planned and organised work culture. There was very poor policy for employment. I can't suggest to work with this company. Even that retail sector have been sold due to lots of losses. There was risky to work here due to company losses.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. This is not a good company for working. Our Area head and National head have been done business with totally misselling. Even that after misselling, not pick up calls from the client. They have played lots of politics behind very middle class employees.
