Some times the RTM promised promotions to BLMs and CTMs frontline level is not honoured by Senior Management. And Bengali Spoken people are given more priority and Career Growth. That means Kolkata based professionals get faster chances of Growth only among PAN India based trainers

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.
