Good working environment, training is not so good, teammates are very cooperative, salary and appraisal is also good which I came to from my teammates as I'm new to this system,

My work is to manage a team of sales manager's drive and motivated them to recruit agents and getting them to activate , conducting agents meetings and see how they will develop there skills

Training is all over good but career growth is very slow and terrible,salary and appraisal also not their enough, politics is high upto sky limit,no innovation,work-life balance is average,teammates are good but supervisor are looking for all their own profit.

Dislikes

Biggest demerit of future generali is they all are in following traditional work style all are unskilled and politics is up to high level Management. job security is not their and pressure is always high on every front line sales people.
