I have been worked here around 13 Month. here problem is No Job Security, and second things is if your client is released from the project this firm is immediately releasing from there organization without any information. they only change the employee status as resigned and last working day also. as per the offer letter they need to inform 15 days or 30 days before but, in my case, it is not happened. that day only I realized. why candidate choosing permanent opportunity.
