Zero skill development... Down the line you became useless without any skills. Results in no growth both interms of skill as well as salary. You cannot jump because you have no skills, you cannot demand for better appraisal because you ain't doing anything. You have enough kings and queens to bend infront of, from lead to manager, to admin to HR and sometimes even infront of office boy.

Work Details

If you have enough other economical source and you need a job for the sake of it, this is the place. If you are good at mudslaping and act as if nothing happened this is the place. I wasted my 6years in here just doing nothing.
