Decades of experience, the management is very good. Senior people are very supportive. Ample time given to start your journey, even though you are experienced professionals, you will get 2-3 months to gather yourself, make contacts and develop your sales funnel. Numerous online training available to learn and grow.

The company needs to have a vision for future. They claim to be Solution provider, however they are nothing more then a product sales company. Work culture is not great. New employee finds it very tough to work under the given culture.

One of the worst company ever, where even after 6months the management doesn't know what work to be assigned to the candidates hired by them for th job role, no respect for the employee.
