Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Only the fact that there is loads of work to do no time wastage.

Dislikes

Management is terrible. They will monitor your every action including your personal life, like with whom you are staying eating or even talking. The people at management lie a lot, they make situations with lies about you colleagues and breakes your relation.

There is a lot of work rolling over so I learned a lot but the management is terrible and the work satisfaction is in negative values.
