My dear friend, you wrote that you liked nothing at "Fusioni Technologies Private Limited," so we are surprised why and how you spent so many months with us. The company has never forced you to stay! So, what prevented you from quitting the company earlier?? Were you lacking skills, and therefore not getting any similar or better opportunities, and you had to stick to "Fusioni Technologies?" Maybe that limitation had led to the fear of job insecurity in your mind. Maybe you were unable to cope with the work momentum, became frustrated, and termed our work culture as "hectic." For your information, Government agencies also don't provide job security to their incompetent under-skilled employees, and we are private after all. We only value skilled resources and treat them like our family and assets. If you don't have substantial skill, knowledge, or self-confidence in yourself, then please do not bother to join us. We are a software development company, not a training institute. We cannot spoon-feed you like a baby.

You joined us in Feb 2020 and within a month lockdown happened. How did you find our work culture hectic, especially when you were chilling out at home with so-called WFH?? During the interview, you faked many things like your marketing skills, profound customer base, etc. and always kept us in the hope of thousand-dollar projects. But in reality, you weren't able to bring a ten-dollar project in your tenure, when our other BDM was constantly contributing by bringing substantial dollar projects even in the crucial time of Covid. If a 4+ years of experience guy also requires guidance and support, especially when during the interview pretends to be self-sufficient to secure a higher salary, then we are sorry. We couldn't spoon-feed someone like a kid.

If you are serving a product-based corporate customer, sometimes the tasks become monotonous or of a similar type. But dear friend, the learning aspect is everywhere irrespective of whether the work is similar or not. There is no limit. You just need an eye and the ability to figure out how you can enhance your skill based on whatever you have in your basket.
