You joined us in Feb 2020 and within a month lockdown happened. How did you find our work culture hectic, especially when you were chilling out at home with so-called WFH?? During the interview, you faked many things like your marketing skills, profound customer base, etc. and always kept us in the hope of thousand-dollar projects. But in reality, you weren't able to bring a ten-dollar project in your tenure, when our other BDM was constantly contributing by bringing substantial dollar projects even in the crucial time of Covid. If a 4+ years of experience guy also requires guidance and support, especially when during the interview pretends to be self-sufficient to secure a higher salary, then we are sorry. We couldn't spoon-feed someone like a kid.
