Salary was on time... Rest nothing to appreciate here..

No motivation for employees. No respect to contract labour. No discipline in any Warehouse. No value to customers. No more proper funding raised due to which very less or no appraisal or increments. Top managements involvement with vendors for Under the Table perks and favours. No proper hygiene for Men or Women in any Warehouse across. No proper Quality checks for products. Very poor Security and Housekeeping agencies. No facilities or Employee Engagement for staff. No Customer service for customers. Company in heavy debts, after 13 to 14 years also, they call themselves a startup. Competition companies have progressed alot, atleast in terms for customer service, products, logistics. Don't think of joining here.. keep it as a last option or better to sit idle rather than torture....Read More

Easy on life if you don't plan to upskill yourself and just want to bootlick your boss to stay in the company. Best place to make friends and plan on long trips for long weekends. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Furlenco. Unfortunately, the work culture is toxic and unprofessional. Lack of transparency and communication from management - Unfair treatment of employees and favoritism - No opportunities for growth or professional development - Unhealthy work-life balance and excessive workload - Negative and unsupportive team environment

There is nothing much to like here. They are slightly flexible in working hours depending on which team you are in.

Horrendous culture. Hire & Fire Policy. They have firing cycles every 1-2 months now across all teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Software etc,.). Avoid joining this company at all costs since the job security here is non-existent. 0 team bonding activities, many employees are overworked. Sometimes they'll expect you to work over the weekends as well to meet the targets. Just look for some other company to work with....Read More
