Easy on life if you don't plan to upskill yourself and just want to bootlick your boss to stay in the company. Best place to make friends and plan on long trips for long weekends. I could summarize it by saying, "While working there, every time I felt this would be the worst thing happening to you, the company and CEO proved there existed a new low." I wish there existed a word LOAT (Lowest of All Time). There is nothing much to like here. They are slightly flexible in working hours depending on which team you are in.

Horrendous culture. Hire & Fire Policy. They have firing cycles every 1-2 months now across all teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Software etc,.). Avoid joining this company at all costs since the job security here is non-existent. 0 team bonding activities, many employees are overworked. Sometimes they'll expect you to work over the weekends as well to meet the targets. Just look for some other company to work with....Read More
