Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? No proper food, work life balance is poor, no where to go outside only for HOD puppets, plant canteen facility is worst, no proper shed during summer and rainy season, facility for locals are good, Expats cannot get weekly off. HOD are substandard people treating Like school going kids, all issues are to be handled by shift incharge very pathetic life.
