I have not liked anything working with this organization as there is no job security, no training activity, salary appraisal never come on time and suddenly they changes the appraisal periods and they also give arrears only for few months, Politics is too tooo much in this organization specially the groups. We learn nothing in this organization except politics. Coming to work here also they hire only high class reference without any interview just for formalities they take. They even don't know how to draft the Email and basic system knowledge. Those kind of employees are working in this organization.
