It is really Good working atmosphere, responsibility and discipline in reporting

Dislikes

As such nothing for the dislike only not having long term work relationship due to management decision

Work Details

Worked as Finance Manger, lead finance and accounting team. Member of Management Committee and also member of commercial committee evaluate business proposal recommendation to facilitate management decision

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
