Work culture in Frontizo was good initially but as the time passed it become pathetic.They treat associate as a servant instead of treating as an employee. Everything is just for name sake. False assurance is given by higher authority. No matter who's fault it is , being as an associate it will be you who will be the culprit of any issues at the end of the day. Think before joining.

No work culture.every one have ego issues. Doesn't mtr whether one is wrong or right a biased decisions is always taken.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
