I joined the company as an Intern with the HR team and I've learned so much from them. The company offers flexible-work culture which offered me immense opportunity to perform at my level best at both work and studies. I was also encouraged to embrace the team spirit which I believe has benefited me personally a lot as I was able tolead a team that overcame barriers through collaborative and effective efforts and has morphed my whole personality for the betterment. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
