I didn't find anything likely in Frigoglass as an old culture of working they have adopted. I suggest you to not move in this company. There is high-level politics among employees. Due to a lack of mechanism old employees are milking money from vendors/CHA/Forwarder and breaking the root of the company. That's why company profits may go down.
