Nothing is good. They claim to be an MNc but they run company like a shop or distributor. No job security, pressure in field, no spares provided by company, engineers are forced to work on every holidays in-lieu of 600 Rs. allowance. Company is totally sales dominant. No one there to listen about services/customers and their issues. Major focus remains on beans sale. Some wrong zonal managers are in company who manipulate management and take the credit of every thing no matter who actually did the job.
