I like several things about Fresenius Medical Care especially the supreme product quality and premier services. Customers are very satisfied with the technology and durability of the product. COVID-19 lockdown is unprecedented time and came with lots of fear and insecurity that has impacted livelihood of the people in general. FMC has supported us in several ways mainly job security, however it has been seen that professionals have been laying off from their organisation and this effected their mental stability. In addition to this, working people are also getting used to working from home that was never imagined. And it had become an evolving working culture....Read More

There are very less things that I dislike about Fresenius. If out of all, I would like to mention that the work-life balance should be taken in account by management seriously that can result in more productivity and reduce stress levels.

FMC having gud work culture, but when non medical devices background person join in management, they treat as there previous assignment and block the growth of employee. spread negativity, doing politics and made himself superior and other are worth less.
