I liked interacting with my Team Members, QA Lead, and QA Managers. Also, salaries were always Nice. Flexible Work Timing (Monday to Friday) No Work Pressure Excellent Career Growth Getting a chance to Learn new Technology Health Insurance Provided. Work-Life Balance is excellent.

Completely WFH not provided. The Sodexo coupons and canteen facility are not provided. Automation Testing is compulsory for Manual Testing resources.

I have seen the company evolve quite a lot since I joined in 2017. One thing I really like is the work life balance and the amount of learning on the job that I have acquired over the years in QA at Freestone Infotech.

I guess the same as any other IT Company: there can be discrepancies in what you expect and what you achieve in an appraisal. But doesn't happen frequently for me.
