Honestly, after 33 years in the USAF Military, FMI hands down is the best ever employer I had since. Started in 2013 to present day. I have commuted from Tucson to Morenci since. What, is concerning is the claim of "Fit for Duty". How is it that we proclaim to be a company that aspires to have employees fit, when you can see so many OVER WEIGHT individuals? It's concerning...! Other concern, why doesn't FMI have a "Work Improvement Plan" to correct poor performance? That was a great tool for me as a supervisor. I used it to correct work behavior, leave abuse, etc.

Work Details

Began as an RCM UT Tech in Morenci AZ Jan 2013, travelled to Henderson CO that summer to assist in Ball Mill inspections. Became RCM Planner in Oct 2013 and move to Shovel and Drill Planning in Jan 2018. I work for an awesome supervisor, Brain Hott.
