Good learning possibility since you interact directly with the senior leadership. However, whether it's a positive or a negative, mostly depends on your manager or super manager, and mostly, it's the latter here :)

Poor appraisals and compensation. Poor treatment of employees. Work is not valued. 90% of the work goes waste as nobody sees it or even recognises the efforts. Terrible leadership.

It's a long list. 1- WFH is not provided. 2- They don't give good salaries neither do people get good appraisal. 3- They are product based just for name sake. 4- Insurance premiums are too high if you take parental cover. 5- Culture is not good. 6- Maximum people now joining don't get to work on Freecharge products but they are aligned with AXIS Bank Dev support projects, that were previously handled by ThoughtWorks. 7- If you come from a normal company don't provide good salaries, but if if you come from companies like Paytm, they will give you good hike.
