Bonus was satisfactory during job and there was birthday celebrations of employees, Award and Certificate program for best employee and annual picnic and occasionally lunch parties in good restaurants or in Office.

Dislikes

There is lot of Politics among team mates and No job security. Retrenchment is done on the spot on the same day with no prior intimation leaving the employee under mental trauma. The differed bonus in Dollars that was issued got nullified and were of no use when either removed from job or upon resignation.

I enjoyed working with Franks and got learn the process of different departments while preparing the Bid/ Tenders, Pre-qualification etcs

Very organized working culture and everyone respect eachother irrespective of designation. There's no internal politics and you just need to focus on your work.
