One the worst company to work. Never ever Join FranklinCovey Training. HR makes fake promises during joining and once you join they will show you their real face. 3 Years bond which is fake. I'll never recommend.

I don't like anything at all. It was a complete a waste of my time. You will find no motivation to work. No body will work except your senior manager. By the way no leads at all. School types work culture. Poor Compensations.

Work is very challenging. Training costs is very high. Even if you bring business from any company they will say that already their client. You will get any proper database. Unorganised working style. Poor management.

I don’t like anything about that company. It’s a worstest company I ever worked. Please do not join this company for any cost. They won’t pay your incentives and salary not on time. They can terminate you anytime saying they are closing the position without even prior notice.

Worklife balance, the culture, In terms of Job security my rating would be 2 out of 10. Honest employees are not allowed freedom to blossom. There is a lot of favouritism within the company. There were 5 days in a week working but I was very frequently asked to report even on Saturdays as well.
