The fact that the company pays you exceptionally good even to the fresher's but the only demerit I found is that there is very less scope of learning.You get paid more than what you actually are doing.Good for ladies who want work life balance but for those who are career oriented or want to continuous support , learning , knowledge and growth then its not the company which you are looking for. Dislikes

Too much favoritism .Lack of skill and talent development opportunities. Although work from home facility can be given but you aren't encouraged much to work from home due to network issues .
