Last couple of years the job stability has been reduced drastically. Many people were laid off Insanely. Ironically all good staff were removed and all bad staff who should have been removed but remained, ruined the culture. Poorest decisions, I feel anyone who is less literate can also judge and take better decisions than FT top management over a given circumstances. Choose better company.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No growth at all or very slow growth. People having skillset and 10+ experience are still at Analyst level. People are at Comfort zone. Poor decisions in promoting people. Increments are merely at 6-8% for last 3-4 years consistently.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
