Nothing I like I didn't like much anything about this organization it is average in few area and poor in most of the area it needs to work on this they have give good salary promotion to there old staffs as compared to new joiners

I didn't like about this organization it is average in the few areas and poor in most of the case no salary hike for old employees no promotion there is no hierarchy the area not given good salary to older employees 😔 who has spent years here

I like their training to new joining and their HR recruiters are very supportive and if you complete targets regularly or you have ability to work under pressure than you can join also , Good company overall but they will hold some money of your 1st salary for 5 to 6 days and after 5 , 6 days the complete salary will be credited

The data you will get in ojt are worst data ever abd they say to you we want walkin . But an team leader Gaurav Mishra in ojt is the best team leader because they know about the data , pressure , some other problems ,but he will also be your supportive , and another Team leader like shubham Lohia, Kunal , Umesh they are worst they want target only not think about you .

Trainer- In this company only trainer are polite. Accept that every single person behaviour is worst.

Dislikes

Everything. Rude behaviour, torture company, salary deduct without your knowledge. This company total torture. Join on your on risk. If you are fresher please never join this company you feel like hell there.

This company is totally different and the staff behaviour is ridiculous . They don't have any professionalisum . They suspend their employees without give them any notice or any warning. Don't go such these types of company for work.
