If you want to learn and pursue career in same industry you can work here, But must to mention, No Incentives ever, Fake commitments, management always suggest the people for fraudulent business practices with clients, you can be fired over a call even in first month of your job. You will make good friends here with the team otherwise nothing to like.

Salary never on time. Almost a month late. Don't get good leads to work with. If you don't complete your target you will not get your salaries. So much pressure to complete target otherwise they insult you liek anything No HR policy in place. Being a sales profile where you are expected to do 2-3 meetings a day No conveyance given at all.
