1. HR can even ask you to change your resume to present to the management 2. Gaurav Marya can judge you even in 3-4 mins of interview. 3. Sonya Chowdhry (so called MD) has no common sense, she always betrays her existing teams in front of new employees. 4. They will give you a role while hiring, change during induction and then further change as per their aspirations. 5. If you want to be slave, join them 6. Only money is the motive, not able to service brands efficiently. 7. Only show off that they have leadership in market in franchising, which is a myth now. Still they want to live with this myth. 8. Worst company you can work with. Does not provide any notice period. Always hire those who are having GAP in career and then torture them in terms of achieving sales target (6x of salary) from day 1 you will receive 2 day training and then, from 3rd day they will start pressurize you to bring IA. In total they have 2 employees in sales team and every month they hire 4-5 employees and every month the old employees left or get fired. Office hours is 9:30 to 6:30. But if you came late by 5 minutes, they will start deducting your salary. Also, they mention 1 hour of break that is from 1pm to 2pm but, they ask you to have 20 minutes of break.
