Our RSM FAC management applying new rules & the rules is upot from Foxconn rules , more pressure applying our higher level management, targeting peoples & talking unnecessary things. Leaves not providing for our personal problem & personal works etc...

The OPERATORs who are non locals joined in contract based were not getting leaves for more days on festivals it's really very unfair 3 days were not at all enough for non locals. And also food was worst and company canteen please try to change the catering .

I had been to an interview at this company for training and development. Learnt a lot about the company during the interview. Nothing to be liked.

Working hours are from Monday to Saturday. The entire day. Unfortunately, this would compromise the work-life balance. Traveling time will be quite difficult because the office is located on the outskirts of the city. I specialize on workplace culture training. The Indian woman who serves as the director of T&D and the Chinese T&D head will participate in the final round of interviews. The toxic work culture is evident in her words, attitude, and behavior. Surprisingly, she would sound like a dictator due to her lack of solution-focused nature and her limited comprehension of leadership principles. Heard from the employees that food is of minimal quality. Consequently, they carry their own food. As the primary structure has not yet been constructed, you will be required to operate from a shelter if you are hired.
