A place where you are encouraged to share your thoughts, where you can experiment and innovate in terms of teaching methodologies. The students love you and that makes you fall in love with the school. I have been working here for almost 3.5 years and not one day have I regretted. Although, salaries are not that great compared to IBschools in metros but good compared to other schools in Surat. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
