Work environment is better,all my teammates are also helpful for each other.

Dislikes

Whole year we happy and give our 100% but when it comes to appraisal it is very poor, after giving 30% growth to company we don't get growth more than 5 to 10% and from last 3 years my basic salary is same.being on fossils pay roll I have not seen any benefit till now.

Work is challenging day to day,as our Targets are very high.to achiev these target I need to get in touch with my boss so that our requirement should be full filled.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
