Good work environment and culture. Excellent for freshers to grow and management and company will give you time to learn

Dislikes

Bonus to be provided to employees whose package is low and encourage them not leave organization instead here managers and above level gets bonus and people at starting level are waiting for their payslip. Jan Dec is pay cycle. And you get revised salary in July which is really wondering

Fortrea keeps changing its policy for employees good to have working with the company but they can lay you off any time they don't have the project to work for and it is a big risk for job security.

HR are not cooperating and never responding. Manager's don't have etiquettes and professionalism. Management not following appraisal policy. More work and less payment (4%). Too much politics. Manager's hired his close relative or wife to higher position without an experience and promoted for the same. Hard working neither getting chance to promoting nor recognition. Lack of appreciation. Fake promises good rating and promotion. Higher management are totally responsible for internal politics. My experience with Fortrea was terrible. Management was pathetic. Including managers and upper management only follows US teams. Employees are feeling terrible.

- high targets are set which noone will be able to fulfill in 5 days and 12,13 hours working. Then you will have to work on weekend to complete your pending work without incentive. But reality is they have made such a big trap. If u dnt complete target, they will put you on PIP and throw you out of company. So when u go in this company always make time and motion sheet.
