Its a good hospital. I have got so many benefits by working with fortis.. Work vice its little bit difficult, but with the team work we had overcome every difficult situation.. I was very happy that i got an oppertunity to work with fortis hospital

Dislikes

Some head nurses( head of dept) have some problems.. Some are not capable to handle that much responsibilities..

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
