The management was a bit problematic they take feedback about you from your colleagues and nurses you worked with and judge you depending on that like as though you work under the nursing staff, but they should actually take feedback about you from the patients since obviously, you will not get along with everyone you work with and also they overwork you and if someone is on leave they do not call in another person to fill in their spot instead they make the person who is present to do the job of 2 people and they do not pay them extra</mark>. personally, I was told there will be BCLS and ACLS training but I wasn't trained, and also the new nursing trainees are very undertrained and the senior nurses do not train them there are so many mistakes that take place and eventually, the medical officer gets yelled at by the patient.
