To all the future candidates and employees who want to join this organization, just be careful of this organization. Its been years for me and i am not managing any team. For name sake I have been promoted. Rest I would like to suggest that please be aware of the fake positive reviews given by HR and paralegal under pressure from management. You guys do your own research on professional platforms like linkedin and connect with former employees who left the organization and ask each question/query/concern about this organization before joining here. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
