no work life balance, received note from managers and GM that do not plan a event in working days and its corporate you have work from 9 am to 9 pm still not satisfied,. no one leaves at on time average out time is 7:30 pm. Heavy pressure to finish on same day even the due date is far away.

No training will be provided, saturday and sunday off but forcefully they ask to work on saturday.

even the position is design engineer we have to work as draftsman, from senior to junior everyone is draftsman. Hopefully they will fulfill this loss by higher hike than other std 10% hike com.
