Promotions and appraisal are not getting properly who all are working honestly especially base employees and even though there is no any help from top management ( not owners ) VP and area heads about work side many probuct heads and area heads are doing GSP work and they are showing to the owners that we have done this this is company MD has to take it forward and remove such type of persons otherwise they has to warn them to change their work style any way skyways group company owners are excellent we are getting health insurance benefits leave enhancement and bonus are good comparing many other companies Totally i love working with skyways group i can say proudly from the market i am from Skyways group employee...Read More
