Good work life balance but it will be very difficult to get out once you spend considerable time. And if you think of settling down then they will unsettle you by layoffs. Layoffs are instant and all access will be revoked in few hours. So if you maintain a super good work life balance and don't up skill then be ready to face difficulties later.

Dislikes

No job security. Huge politics by LL4s and LL5s with the boss LL3. Life will be so monotonous that you will lose your confidence

Good facility with quality amenities. On job trainings and seniors support.

Dislikes

No proper R&R for work segregation. Periodic people rotation is nil. Stagnant learning after the break even point. Long duration for promotion. Leadership not caring abt peoples learning and developing skill set with various team. Stretch factor during month close is worst. Biased towards people on work allocation and elevation.

I will say the work-life balance is still great in the company compared to other competitors in the market. They are slowly moving toward good tech stacks, thats a good sign. Btw morale of employee it all depends on the which team you are into, how are the managers over there. I had good experience for my first 7 years in the company and last 3 years it was worst due to politics and managers.

Dislikes

Management, if you dont know how to keep them happy, forget about promotions. Now a days more than work, you sould learn to brag about the work done.

It have dedicated space for sports like shuttle court, football court, indoor games area. It also have park to chill and gym for work outs. All these at free of cost. Quarterly music concerts or stage music or shows will be happening.

Dislikes

Food - Poor quality food with high price will be charged. Transport - No proper pickup drop facility is available and that too we have to pay money well before to book a seat in cab.

Great company to work for at least in Automotive domain. Best work life balance. Amazing campus with lots of facilities. One can do so much outside of work (and is encouraged/empowered for it).

Limited opportunities to grow, saturation, some may not be satisfied intellectually or with the work content.
