Hello, I am confused with where i am now. I did BBA in financial services expertise and graduated in 2022. And front there I started to learn Company Secretary(CS) and gave a exam in 2022 December where I failed. But still studying CS and got a job offer through a relative referral in June 2023 and went with the job and put a pause on CS. I opted for online MBA degree and doing online MBA from 2024 where I will complete it within 2 years(2026). My current job is night shift as credit analyst team member with 2.7L per annum.with 1.5 years experience I am thinking of learning SQL and power bi and try for data analytics roles. Now i am confused which is better for me, for my carreer growth with good package and growth further. Please suggest me what to do.It will truly be helpful for me. Thank you in advance

I will say the work-life balance is still great in the company compared to other competitors in the market. They are slowly moving toward good tech stacks, thats a good sign. Btw morale of employee it all depends on the which team you are into, how are the managers over there. I had good experience for my first 7 years in the company and last 3 years it was worst due to politics and managers.

Dislikes

Management, if you dont know how to keep them happy, forget about promotions. Now a days more than work, you sould learn to brag about the work done.

It have dedicated space for sports like shuttle court, football court, indoor games area. It also have park to chill and gym for work outs. All these at free of cost. Quarterly music concerts or stage music or shows will be happening.

Food - Poor quality food with high price will be charged. Transport - No proper pickup drop facility is available and that too we have to pay money well before to book a seat in cab.
