Good work life balance but it will be very difficult to get out once you spend considerable time. And if you think of settling down then they will unsettle you by layoffs. Layoffs are instant and all access will be revoked in few hours. So if you maintain a super good work life balance and don't up skill then be ready to face difficu lties later....Read More

What shall I choose as a carrier?

I am Pradeepa overall experience 2.3 years. In 1st company I was a front end developer and Sharepoint developer for 1 year .then I moved to another company They hired me as a Sharepoint developer(PowerApps,power automate,Power bi) That project got finished .then they moved to carmaker for 4 months .that project also got completed.now they said like there currently there is no opportunity here for your job role .
