Frequent changes in org structure. One day you are working on a project, next day leadership changes and then accordingly your project also changes. And it has repeated 2 to 3 times in last 1 or 2 year itself.

1. Bad tech stack. There is no good engineering. 2. No health insurance for parents 3. No skill development sponsorship 4. No food , No coffee , Only water at office. 5. Directors are too old and have been there in the system since 15 - 20 years. They don't have much knowledge on latest technology. They want to continue the old legacy techstack.

If you are direct employee then paid leaves are more than adequate. Company spends on upskilling employees . Work life balance depends on the team

1. Salary is less than market standard 2. Variable component will never be paid more than 50% 3. No job security there are multiple rounds of silent layoffs 4. Don't fall for good WLB and decent pay, you will be disappointed

The manager is terrible and ruin your future. They only favour those who speak their preferred language. If someone knows that language , it benefits the manager otherwise it’s awful. She doesn’t value knowledge. Some people have been there over 10 years without much knowledge , but they remain because they knows the local language.

Few years back, it was one of the best work place for everyone.. always have work life balance ..good hikes and bonus system

Recently becomes more toxic as senior managers are not well respected and no opportunity for them to move lateral or promotion too .. non technical people in technical roles are really surviving there ..top management biased with set of people..
