Worst working culture in automotive industry. Top management decision & company policies are not employee oriented. This company never be a world best company nor even India's best company. No future vision. Lots of changes required in their organization to be a good company. Top management should be change. First stop recruitment their own Marwadi people or terminate all these Marwadi manager who don't know other companies working culture. For engineering / R&D, please refer other companies policies (M&M) like flexible hour, one canteen for all employee, training, outbound activity for all employee (not only for manager level). During pandemic this company management was horrible. No testing facility, no quarantine leaves, if you suspected person of Covid19, so it was difficult for you. There is nothing to like about it..i like that I can't even have breakfast or tea while at work... I get to work under supervision of security guards.. After leaving organization I will be completely eligible to work in government office... In documentation department..

The only thing I don't like is that they waste employees half hour in lunch by providing them eating facilities..
