Upper management & security members are old people All management decision are not good for every employee & very bad permanent security guard work culture. *Old staff are remove the company* for better working culture providing the force motors

Vehicles are technologically good. Because of Mercedes and BMW engine manufacturing experience.. Nothing else.. There is no own inputs and brain used

Dislikes

Culture is bad, You have to Punch in and Punch out everytime for lunch, there is no hand wash in all the toilets, soaps are used by employees which are kept hidden, drinking water quality poor, no 5S and cleaning of water storages, Managers takes review after 5 PM, you cannot go home.. You have to stay there.. Managers don't like your working style although you are doing excellent work, you have to work like there way of working No desktop, 4-5 guys using one desktop which is outdated. Food quality is poor, no hygiene, You don't have time for breakfast and lunch You have to take paper slip for early going Medical insurance premium is deducted from your salary GST also get deducted from salary, what kind of GST 😂 There are no Fans in the mfg shops, how operators are working since years without fan don't know You are the slave for company...Read More

Very bad place, it will be worst decision of your life to join Force Motors. Whole organisation is laggard and not at all employee friendly. No policies, no job security. Senior people have to leave same day without notice. People are threatened to terminate if they don't provide 3 months backdated and leave same day. Only slow people stick there, all good performers leave immediately.

Everything is bad at Force Motors, employees are not treated with respect. Employees are treated as insects.

It’s a terrible workplace. In 2024, this LALA company is operating the way companies worked in 1950s. It’s the most unprofessional company I’ve ever worked for. Everybody is expected to take printouts of email and get them signed. Hierarchy is such that it takes around 5-6 signatures to get the work done. Managing Director and Chairman are absolute privileged pricks with no sense of respect for human life or dignity. Attrition rates are quite high. Work culture here is such that at the time of my hiring, Third party HR suggested i should leave this company after completing a few months!! Even HR didnt wanna trick people into working here. people dont use tech, because MD doesnt encourage that! He is a person born with silver spoon in his mouth and is very disrespectful and insults all of senior leadership in front of juniors, on a daily basis.
