1) Good for initial work exposure for freshers and for people who are looking to settle down and nearing retirement.

Dislikes

1) This company still relies on paper documentation for every procedure/requests. When very other company have graduated to advanced PLM SAP. There is a major drop in productivity due time consumption in paper documentation 2) There is a lot of partiality and biasing between engineers and managers, where managers are favoured more even for small things like tea and food, the welfare of employees below manager grade is degrading. 3) Appraisals and promotions havents been conducted from the past 3 years....Read More

Very bad place, it will be worst decision of your life to join Force Motors. Whole organisation is laggard and not at all employee friendly. No policies, no job security. Senior people have to leave same day without notice. People are threatened to terminate if they don't provide 3 months backdated and leave same day. Only slow people stick there, all good performers leave immediately.

Everything is bad at Force Motors, employees are not treated with respect. Employees are treated as insects.

Vehicles are technologically good. Because of Mercedes and BMW engine manufacturing experience.. Nothing else.. There is no own inputs and brain used

Culture is bad, You have to Punch in and Punch out everytime for lunch, there is no hand wash in all the toilets, soaps are used by employees which are kept hidden, drinking water quality poor, no 5S and cleaning of water storages, Managers takes review after 5 PM, you cannot go home.. You have to stay there.. Managers don't like your working style although you are doing excellent work, you have to work like there way of working No desktop, 4-5 guys using one desktop which is outdated. Food quality is poor, no hygiene, You don't have time for breakfast and lunch You have to take paper slip for early going Medical insurance premium is deducted from your salary GST also get deducted from salary, what kind of GST 😂 There are no Fans in the mfg shops, how operators are working since years without fan don't know You are the slave for company...Read More
